Superior Wins ‘Manufacturing Apprenticeship/Training Scheme Award’ at Made in the South West

We are honored that Superior has been presented as the winners of the ‘Manufacturing Apprenticeship/Training Scheme Award’ at the Made in the South West 2019 Awards! What an incredible achievement for Superior within the Manufacturing industry, recognizing our Training Academy and the apprenticeships that we offer.

The event’s presenter said: “For the size of the business, they’ve clearly made an impressive investment in apprenticeships, using apprentices to meet a real business need – bringing roles in-house that were previously outsourced. The judges were also impressed by the breadth of the apprenticeships on offer.”

Superior continues to invest into the future workforce since the Apprenticeship Academy was established in 2012 to ensure the skill base of their employees.
