Logistics Administrator
Main Purpose of the Role
To support the Supply Chain Manager with the day to day running of a busy logistics department.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Dealing with customer enquiries and orders
- Liaising with customers regarding their account
- Supporting various departments around the business
- Some reception duties are also involved in this role (greeting visitors / phone calls)
We are looking for someone who
- Communicates effectively on all levels
- Can quickly adapt to change
- Is confident working under pressure
- Has excellent customer service skills
- Is competent using Microsoft Excel/Word
