Logistics Administrator

Main Purpose of the Role

To support the Supply Chain Manager with the day to day running of a busy logistics department.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Dealing with customer enquiries and orders
  • Liaising with customers regarding their account
  • Supporting various departments around the business
  • Some reception duties are also involved in this role (greeting visitors / phone calls)

 We are looking for someone who

  • Communicates effectively on all levels
  • Can quickly adapt to change
  • Is confident working under pressure
  • Has excellent customer service skills
  • Is competent using Microsoft Excel/Word
