Your interview guide

We’ve created this useful guide as an insight into our recruitment process, and to support your opportunity to succeed with Superior. It takes two to three weeks from first interview to making an offer of employment, so bear with us while we ensure we’re recruiting the best. We sincerely hope that means you!

Your interview will take place at our head office in Ferndown:

If arriving by car, please use one of the visitors’ parking spaces and proceed to the main building to ask for the person interviewing you. Try to arrive early so you can relax and get a feel for our site – we’ll take good care of you while you wait.

Be comfortable but show your professionalism. Business dress is the best way to start with a good impression.

Take some time to research the company, including our values, culture, customers and colleagues. That way you can answer and pose the right questions when you meet with us.

The interview process

A brief telephone interview

This is usually our first point of contact, whereby one of us will call to find out a bit more about you and what you’re looking for in your next role.

Face to face

All being well, we look forward to greeting you at our head office for a face-to- face interview with the hiring manager and a member of our recruitment team.

Tips

When you arrive:

we have parking on site, please use one of the visitor’s spaces. Once you’re ready, go to the main building and ask for the person interviewing you

Questions:

remember to ask the interviewers questions (the more challenging the better!)

Be on time:
